Our fresh fruit and vegetables are sourced locally, and as much as possible, are loose and unpackaged. This means that you only buy as much as you need and you can reduce the use of unnecessary plastic.

Refillery
We also have a well stocked refillery section consisting of a wide range of pasta, rice, pulses, herbs and spices, nuts, seeds, dried fruit, cleaning products, shampoo, conditioner, body wash and hand wash.
Free local delivery
We understand that not everyone can make it to the shop, so we can deliver to local residents in Rose Green, Bognor Regis, Pagham, Chichester and surrounding areas*.
Just phone or email your order the day before your desired delivery date, and we will get everything to your door. No delivery charge, no minimum order.

Mixed fruit and veg boxes
Alternatively, instead of phoning/emailing your order, you can opt for our mixed fruit box, veg box, or fruit and veg box to be delivered weekly or fortnightly. Starting from just £12, we will provide you with fresh, seasonal produce, taking into account any particular likes or dislikes, delivered to your door on a day of the week that suits you best.
