What is Oakmeres?
Family-owned grocery store in the local village of Rose Green, just outside Bognor Regis and Chichester.
We stock seasonal, locally sourced fruit and veg – much of which is loose and unwrapped so that you can reduce your plastic waste and only buy what you need.
Co-Owners, Jon and Lisa pride themselves on friendly customer service, and we look forward to welcoming you with a smile!
Farm Shop and Refillery
In addition to the fresh fruit and veg, we stock plenty of other products such as pet food, plants and compost, firewood, eggs, coffee, fruit juice, local Sussex honey, jams, chutneys and snacks.
In our refillery, you can reuse your plastic or glass jars and bottles, and we will refill them with our wide range of kitchen essentials such as pastas, rice, grains, seeds, nuts, dried fruit, herbs, spices, baking products, sweets and chocolates. All available by the gram, killogram, pound, ounce, or just by the bag/handful!
Our range of natural plant-based, cruelty-free cleaning products and toiletries are effective, kind to your skin and free of nasties. Faith in Nature, Miniml and AlterNative are among the stocked products.
Free Local Delivery
We understand that people have busy lives and can’t always make it to the shops, so we are delighted to offer a free delivery service to the local area of Rose Green, Bognor Regis, Pagham, Chichester and surrounding areas *.
You can either phone, email or message us on Facebook the day before you would like your delivery so that we can make sure we have everything you need. Payment can be made upon delivery by card or cash, or afterwards by bank transfer.
Alternatively, we can deliver seasonal fruit boxes, veg boxes or mixed fruit and veg boxes on a regular basis – weekly, fortnightly or even monthly to the value of £10, £15 or £20. Just let us know your likes and dislikes so that we can cater to your tastes.
We are also happy to provide fresh fruit, veg and other produce to local businesses such as care homes, hospitals, schools, factories, offices and workplaces. Find out more here.
